We are always looking for new talent and if you think you have what it takes then take a look at these guidelines.
- You must live in Ireland. That’s north and south
- Be amateur or semi-professional
- You will need to have drive and ambition
- You would be willing to work as a group
- You can see projects through to the end
- You would be willing to share your skills with others
- You create your own original comic/writing
- You may need to provide a profile of your work
What are the benefits of becoming a Zenpop member?
- Your story will be read around the world.
- Get included in the Zenpop Magazine
- You have the opportunity to join in with Zencast. (Vlogs and podcasts)
- Trips to conventions, helping with sales
- Joining group activities such as anthologies and projects
- Free advertisements
- Learn new skills
- Gain confidence in your own ability
- We expect you to do your own printing but if you can not make it to a specific convention or venue and one of other team members can. We will print out a number of copies to sell for you at said convention.
- You can make as many Zlogs (Zenpop Blogs) as you you want for all you webcomiking needs.
- Create a fanbase for your work
There are a few conditions when you become a member of Zenpop:
- Printing costs will be taken away from each comic sold, e.g. if your comics printing cost was £1 and you comics full price is £2.40 we would take that £1 back.
- 15% of the profit made from the magazines will go towards maintaining the website and saving for conventions
- Members of Zenpop must have a valid paypal account
- You must add Zenpop logo to every comic/artwork you sell on Zenpop
- You must be a member of the forum
- Please be sure to save room for advertisements in you comic, i.e. the inner back page
